86 men & 24 ladies turned up on a beautiful day to a course in great condition after their Championships & slick greens that ran true. Congratulations to the greens staff.

Thanks to Cape York Accounting for sponsoring the day & to the caterers who provided fine burgers as usual.

Welcome to visitors Rusty Ellis of Gordonvale, Jenny & Geoff Hughes, Alison Oliver & Robert Kum of Southern, Melbourne & Peter McGregor of Half Moon Bay & new members Heather Forster, Annette Collet & Persis Armstrong of Half Moon Bay, Pedro Knight of Cairns, & Colin Rankin of Cobram Barooga, bringing our membership for the year to 292.

Our next game is a Patron’s Trophy single stableford at Millaa Millaa & if the weather is as good as it was today, it will be well worth the trip.
