Our next game is a nice easy single stableford at Mareeba golf club.
There's nothing new to report about the course, which did not get anywhere near the rain we had here,so there will be plenty of run as usual.
However, sad to say Gaby will be on holiday, having decided to celebrate a birthday (which one will remain a secret with me unless a substantial bribe is offered!) so her famous apple turnovers will not be in evidence.

PS The game after this is at HMB & will be on MONDAY 4 Nov, as a certain horse race is being run somewhere down south on the Tuesday.
