2. Minute silence for departed members.
3.Confirmation of the Minutes of the AGM held at the Gordonvale Golf Club on Tuesday 26th November 201 9.
4. Consideration of the President`s Annual Report and adoption thereof for the year ended 31st October 2020.
5. Presentation of the Financial Statement and Auditor's Report and adoption for the year ended 2020.
6. Election of members to the Management Committee 2020/21
7. Appointment of the Honorary Patron, Honorary Auditor, and Honorary Solicitor.
8. Determination of amount payable for the Annual Membership Fees.
9. Consider any Notice of Motion.
10.Transact any General Business that may be brought forward in accordance with the Constitution of the Association.
