FNQVGA Open Nomination Form

The nomination form for our Open in June was posted on this blog on 23 Mar, but copies will be available at registration for our next few games.

If you won't be attending the next few games, you can just highlight the form, copy it, paste to a word document & print one out.

After completing it, you can scan & email it to me at the address shown on the form, or hand it in at registration.

Please don't leave your nomination to the last minute, as Capt Greg needs to draw up the order of play a week prior to the 22 Jun & if you want a game you don't want to make the Captain cranky!
