President's Report & Results HMB 12 May

Today we played a single stableford event in perfect conditions at Half Moon Bay golf club. There were 116 players which is our biggest field for the season so far, this comprised 91 men and 25 women. We welcome 2 new members today being Cindy Wall of Innisfail and Warren Flanigan of Half Moon Bay.

The sponsor for the day was BROTHERS and FULLER SPORTS CLUBS who provided venue vouchers for the winners and runners up.

I would like to remind all members that our Open 2 day event is on again at Cairns Club on 22nd and 23rd June and the entry forms are available at our Tuesday events or can be downloaded from this blogspot. The sponsor for this event is Deborah Duffy Real Estate.

Our event next Tuesday is at Atherton and is a 4 ball aggregate stableford. This means that you will keep your score and your partners score will be added at the end. Please make sure you enter your partners' name on your card so the cards can be collated at the end of the day.
