President's Report & Results Mareeba 13 June

Today was, once again, a magnificent day for golf and 75 men and 16 ladies enjoyed the Mareeba course in excellent condition. We were pleased to have Mareeba Captain Gavin Smith play in the field as well as new members Paul and Kaye Murdoch and Colin Smith. We are also pleased to welcome back two of our past members in Noel Webster and Mal Arthur. A big welcome to you all.

The sponsor today was GOLF WORLD OF CAIRNS and I thank them for their interest in our club as well as the store vouchers presented to the winners.

I remind you all that Lois is taking orders for club shirts which are $35 for quality tops for men and women, with long sleeves available at a little extra.

If you enjoyed the course today then you may wish to play in the Mareeba vets open on Friday7^th July.
