Just a reminder that the Queensland Veteran Golfers State Championships are being held at Woodford Golf Club this year on 14th & 15th May. Entries close on 4th May.

For those who have not played Woodford, the locals are friendly & it is a very pleasant country course in rolling, well treed country with small, well bunkered greens & enough holes with teeth to make it interesting!
There are several other good courses nearby to try if you have time, like Caboolture & Beerwah. It is close to the city, beaches & hills, with plenty of good restaurants at Montville, an excellent cheese shop at Maleny, & the Australian Zoo in easy driving distance, so you have plenty of choice of things to do.
