President's Report & Results Atherton 19 May

The sponsor for todays game was CAPE YORK ACCOUNTING and the event was a four ball aggregate, which provided a small change from the usual with each player recording his own score in stableford points and adding that to his partners' score.

As womens country week was under way at Cairns and Half Moon Bay our numbers were down a little with only 60 men and 9 women facing the starter.

We also congratulate our member Ruth Yelland for becoming Queensland Veteran Golf Ladies Champion, and I believe this is not the first time. Well done Ruth.
