President's Report

A good field of 74 men & 14 ladies turned up on a dull, overcast day with some light rain which quickly cleared up to a beautiful windy day.   The course was in great condition with plenty of run and pins in some interesting spots and it was surprising that scores were not higher.   Well done the greens staff.

Thanks to Cairns Total Physio for sponsoring the day and Owen & Debbie for looking after us well as usual.

Welcome to visitors Robert Kum & Alison Oliver of Southern Melbourne, Graeme Lawler of Box Hill, Vic, Ross Ellen of Gordonvale & Peter Billingham of Beerwah & to new members Betty Breen & Machiel Pronk of Half Moon Bay.

Our next game is a Patron’s Trophy single stableford at Babinda.

See you there.
