Consideration of the President's Annual Report and adoption thereof for the year ended 31st October 2017.

Presentation of the Financial Statement and Auditor’s Report and adoption for the year ended 2017.

Election of members to the Management Committee 2017/18.

Appointment of the Honorary Patron, Honorary Auditor, and Honorary Solicitor.

Determination of amount payable for the Annual Membership Fees.

Consider any Notice of Motion. (Notices to be received by Secretary by 24 Nov)
